Brand new 8' wide 16' long tiny house built on skids. Lower level has kitchen with double basin sink, freezer/fridge, large toaster/convention oven, microwave, two burner cook top, oak cabinets, slide out trash can. Bathroom with 3'x4' shower, rv style porcelain toilet at standard house height, 20 gallon electric water heater. Upper level is full size, half is sleeping loft and half is outdoor deck accessed from sleeping loft. Has painted wood walls and ceilings, dark laminate flooring, built like a site but home, plumbed, wired and insulated as such but with rv type connections including a 30 amp rv power cord. House comes with patio table and three chairs for upper deck, futon, electric fireplace and tv as well as all kitchen appliances.
