Built on a 14k lb. custom trailer, the exterior of the home is tan vinyl siding with 11 windows trimmed in white. The roof is corrugated metal. The house is move-in ready. In fact, it comes with everything right down to the toaster oven and coffee maker on the slate grey countertop.

Once inside the front door, you can either cook a gourmet meal in the kitchen to the right or relax in your living room to the left. The kitchen comes with a new Galanz retro, red apartment-size refrigerator, a 2-burner propane stovetop, and a porcelain farm-style sink. There is also a retro-colored toaster oven and the aforementioned coffee maker, along with ample cabinet space, countertop, and open shelving. The living room a few feet away boasts an extra large sofa/queen size bed, a coffee table, and a new 50” Roku Smart TV. Above the living room is a storage loft perfect either for your plastic tubs, extra linens, or Christmas ornaments or for design and decoration.

Just past the kitchen and through a swinging door is the bathroom. The space has a full-size fiberglass shower, an oversized sink, and a 5-gallon flush toilet with a black water tank. The walls are finished in dark walnut-stained wainscoting running horizontally for visual interest.

Above the bathroom is a sleeping loft that is large enough for a king-size mattress as well as storage space or even night tables.

To keep the tiny comfortable there is a Pioneer AC/Heater mini split. The home is well-insulated and there are numerous GFCI electrical outlets throughout. All are powered by 30-amp RV hookups and a water inlet for sink and shower. All said, this tiny house on wheels is perfect for your nomadic dreams and lifestyle.
