Construction Highlight:
Steel foundation = 30’ Custom built tiny home trailer with 3 – 7k axles (triple axle) with brakes, has 16” of tube steel cross members (floor joists), a sealed insulated cavity in the floor, with galvanized steel belly pan (6” deep).
This home is constructed with 2x4 premium wood framing studs reinforced with metal hurricane straps. Roof Trusses are 2x6 premium wood studs and are secured with metal hurricane ties. Exterior plywood is wrapped, glued and nailed to studs. Steel all thread rods (from floor to ceiling) and carriage bolts (base of floor) fastens the entire home to the steel frame foundation. for added strength and stability. wrap with all seams and windows double taped seams and triple taped windows. The home insulated with R21 . Electrical service is upgraded to 100 amp but compatible with 30 or 50 amp service. PEX plumbing throughout.
