NEW Desert getaway camp cabin WITH LAND- and off grid solar (hipcamp rental?)

This cabin was just completed about 8 months ago and is parked on a 1/2 acre plot right outside Deming, NM- the cabin and land would be yours (all taxes are current, and there are no liens- its been owned (the land) since 2000). The cabin (a little over 8' by 8') is built on skids, so it could be moved. It currently has a GPS tile on it too, so that it won't be stolen. This could make a great glamping rental through sites like airbnb or hip camp. The cabin was designed by tiny house author/builder/designer Derek "Deek" Diedricksen in a team up with Sam and Lynsi Underwood from The Small Dwelling Company in Texas (in spring 2018). Its the first of its kind a prototype for simplicity and affordability- a getaway pod which could easily be more outfitted (with a bathroom/composting toilet later added off the back perhaps). It has a metal roof should you ever want to collect water from it (into a cistern), a tiny deck, and even a set of sleeping bags inside waiting for your first visit. The landscape photos you see were taken from the open window of the cabin- yes, it cabin faces THAT view of the Florida Mountains, which rise to 7295 feet. You CAN drive right to the cabin on a series of desert roads- they are passable with a regular car, but quicker with an SUV. The road to the cabin is dirt- the road becomes paved 1.5 miles away. If you want total solitude (the nearest neighbor is about 2 miles away), this place is it. If it does not sell for the asking price we will simply use it as a rental (something I just currently don't have the time for). Buyer will also get a brand new, in box Kinverch 100 watt 12 volt solar panel for charging and running lights and batteries (mailed to you- in the US). This cabin is ready and waiting, and has a heavy coded padlock (you'll get the code for it).
