New custom single level tiny home with high-end appliances and finishes

Through the doorway at the end of the kitchen is the bathroom, complete with a Kohler Flush Toilet and tiled shower. While it may not be oversized, it is perfectly functional for the person who has to get-up-n-go! While most tiny houses tend to have the washer and dryer in the bathroom, this listing has a Bosch ventless washer and Dryer under the kitchen countertop. The washer, the kitchen sink, the bathroom sink, and the shower, are all provided warm water thanks to 30-gallon electric hot water heater.

The small home features luxury vinyl flooring throughout and even has Rigid and Rockwool insulated flooring (R28 insulation rating).

Electrical service to the tiny house is by a 50 amp 125/250-volt twist-lock service SS marine grade exterior power inlet. Water comes through a traditional RV white, water hose with a pressure regulator.
