The space is ultra efficient and could easily be run off a couple of solar panels. It is designed to be a self-contained, independent living unit - perfect for downsized living, off-grid living, guest quarters or rental.

Built by an Artisan Contractor who's been working in the Seattle area for the past 25 years. So many amenities from top to bottom - everything and then some was thought of on this build. From the elastomeric roof to the I-beam frame, our tiny house covers practically every need. Built with loving care for a family member, but medical hardship forcing sale.

Amenities include; elastomeric roof, spray foam insulation on lower section and SmartWool insulation on upper areas, steel I-beam frame that allows to take off axels and set on foundation(DADU?), propane on demand hot water heater, Pioneer min-split A/C heating system, undercoating, exterior lighting, stained glass mahogany front door, amazing 10X7 double sliding glass door, LED lighting throughout, USB/USB-C outlets throughout, custom built cabinetry with soft close hinges, micro concrete countertops with farm sink and bay window, full height backsplash with floating Alder shelving and inlayed undermounted color changing lighting, 24'' dual fuel gas stove with convection oven and pot filler, two piece shower with heated shower pan and bench seat, wall mounted bath faucet-vanity-toilet, heated bathroom floor, master loft with skylight for looking at the stars and so much more!

We've beta tested everything and all systems are working.

Main loft – 10ft x18ft and has an additional 5ftx4ft landing/outcrop. Guest loft – 5ft x 8ft.
