The entire home features solid hickory floor and custom cabinets, a cedar T&G ceiling, and even a tin-tile accent wall at the far end of the house. The cabinetry throughout is custom and also features tin inlay and a hickory finish. From the loft stairs to the bathroom, the listing has ingenious built-in storage. It is built with 2’x4’ wood framing, and the walls are insulated with R15. The rafters are built using 2’x6’ lumber as is the flooring. The floor is also fitted with R21 fiberglass insulation.

The exterior breaker panel has four circuits including dedicated circuits for the heat pump, water heater, and stove. All circuit breakers are combination GFCI/AFCI. The heating and cooling throughout the house are provided by a 19 SEER 9000 BTU mini-split heat pump. The lighting - aside from the ample natural light - is courtesy of the LED-compatible dimmers on all the light fixtures which, coincidentally, have replaceable LED bulbs in standard sizes.

On the hitch end of the trailer is the bathroom which to be the size it is, is quite refreshing. It has a freshwater connection via a standard hose inlet in the wheel well, a
6-gallon mini-tank electric water heater, as well as a standard flush toilet, a fiberglass shower pan with waterproof wall encasement, and a kitchen sink that drains to 3” ABS pipe for easy connection to a city sewer system or a septic system either directly or via external sump. The main 1-1/2” ABS vent pipe is concealed in the wall and extends through the roof to a vent drain system regardless of connection type. A skillful work of engineering art.
