Brand new, 2021 custom model Mint Tiny Home Canada Goose capable of sleeping 6-8 people. Just purchased new as custom built model, delivered on property Aug 2020. Certified RVIA in the USA to NFPA 1192, with Gooseneck trailer for easy travel. Kitchen set up to host/entertain with dual farmers sink, drawer dish washer and LOTS of shelving and storage.

Dining area has custom 6 person wraparound table that converts into Queen bed when needed. Internal 40 gal fresh water tank on board with on demand water heater. Master bedroom has large bay window & fits queen size bed with 2 closets for plenty of storage space. 2 loft areas each built to sleep 2 or convert into storage/quiet reading nook. Mini split for heat/AC and electric heat throughout home.

Bathroom has flushing toilet and 48" wide glass door showers with tiled walls & washer/drier hookups in place. No on board gray/black tanks- external only. Fresh water, city water, and septic hookups all external.
