New 2021 Tiny House on Wheels

Have you always wanted to live in a rustic tiny home on wheels that mixes materials and textures to create a comfortable and creative home? If so, this listing is for you then. Built in 2021 on a 20-foot long Iron Eagle tandem axle trailer, the THOW incorporates salvage wood, barn wood, Redwood, and corrugated metal that is echoed on the roofing. The house has 9 windows, a set of sliding glass doors, and an interior swing front entry with pane windows. The house gets plenty of ambient light because of the openings. The exterior of the home also features two flood-style lights and front porch light.

The front door opens up directly into the kitchen which is small by square feet but appears quite spacious because of clever storage and natural light. It also helps that every detail possible went into the design of the space as it has built-in wine storage, a propane RV stove, a stainless steel corner sink, an exhaust hood vent, and no less than seven drawers and one base cabinet. The aesthetic of the space hearkens back to a more rustic time with its stained shiplap, chevron pattern countertop, and its tin backsplash tile. What a space!

Moving further into the house and towards the opposite end is the private bathroom, a space built around a full-size shower and residential dual flush toilet. Across from the bathroom is a full-size fridge that straddles the kitchen space and a rectangle sink that straddles the living room space. That said, the living room is an open space with sliding glass doors and alternating pine T&G and rustic wood planks.

Sleeping is quite nice in this listing as it has a 8ft. X 7'-8" carpeted loft with electrical outlets and LED lights. The mini-split AC is across from the loft at the same height so it provides great temperature control for comfortable sleeping.
