This unique Tiny House is the outcome of the collaboration between an extensive experience architect, a creative interior designer, and a forward-thinking young industrial designer, working together with a team of talented technicians, all bringing their craftsmanship and passion to their work

Not having to crawl to bed, having a full-sized bathroom, and incorporating wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors for ample light and views, generous storage, along with other specifications, were essential requirements for this project.

It begins with a sturdy long-lasting galvanized 6"x 2¨, 14-gauge steel frame, mounted on steel chassis and finished with electrostatic paint for lasting durability.

The whole structure ( walls and roof ) is Draped with Zip System panels, providing a hard shell and the best weather-resistant seal.

Walls, roofs, and floors are thermally and acoustically insulated with 6" high-density fire-retardant polystyrene foam (R-30).

A durable galvanized sheet beneath the floor insulation replaces the typical plastic liner or OSB found in most tiny houses on the market.

Electrical wiring is enclosed in conduit for added safety and ease of future repairs. LED-style light fixtures included, It includes preparation for mounting a second TV in front of the bed.

Ready with conduits for installing solar panels.

Hydraulic installation features PEX piping and fittings. Separate black and gray water drainage systems for recycling purposes

Exterior walls are clad in durable fiber cement panels, painted and complemented with composite wood or metal elements in the colors and tones of your choice, making your tiny house truly unique.

Durable, fire-resistant, low-maintenance, lightweight, pest-resistant, and corrosion-resistant metal roof.

The entry door, sliding doors, and bathroom window feature high-end aluminum profiles (available in black, gray, white, or wood-simulated finishes) with double-glazed, tempered glass and sliding mosquito screens,

The high-security digital smart lock includes, among other features, remote access control.

The 16´x 8´ deck is constructed with a metal frame and durable, non-maintenance Trex composite wood in the color of your choice. The staircase and supports are included and made from the same materials.

Interior walls and ceilings are covered with MDF panels finished with your choice of tone polyurethane for enhanced durability. These panels are also primed with polyurethane on the back side for added humidity protection.

Meticulously planned cabinets are designed to store everything you need. No other tiny house on the market can match our 9' long, 7' tall, and 2' deep closet, allowing you to bring all your clothes on board.

Kitchen and bathroom cabinets are made from waterproof non scrach melamine with MDF drawer fronts and doors, finished with your choice of tone polyurethane. Drawers feature extension slides and cabinet doors are equipped with kitchen-type hinges.

Durable, scratch-resistant, and waterproof vinyl flooring with a wood-like appearance is available in a range of tones to suit your preferences.

Included are; a 2-burner stove ( gas or electric ), Range hood, Oven (gas), , 2-ton mini-split air conditioner, gas water heater, and an under-sink garbage disposal.

The bed and nightstand are included. They feature casters to make it easier to access and make the bed on the side that is against the wall

The original manufacturer may have different terms, which you can address directly with them.
The details of the warranty coverage are outlined in the draft contract.

The placement of the unit, including leveling (Without the use of additional machinery or materials), detaching the trailer tongue, and deploying the deck, is not included but can be quoted separately. Graphic instructions will be provided.

Leveling with machinery or fill work, as well as access-related tasks will be the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid for and carried out by authorized technicians in their area.

Connecting the electricity, water, and drains, as well as any additional work should be arranged and paid by the buyer and carried out by authorized technicians in their area.

The buyer is responsible for obtaining and must be paid for permits and licenses if required in their area.
