Needs work but all the features

The photos are not recent: I will post current photos this weekend, I am moving out and cleaning. It's set up in a mobile home park, $450/month rent includes water. Taxes are about $600/year.
I have loved this home but it's been set up on cinder blocks and it should be on a cement pad: it's been out of level for a while and it's a little torqued along the roof line. I have been using jack posts to support the center beams inside, but someone with some skills could get it back to its former glory with a modest investment. It's got a washer/dryer and dishwasher along with an apartment sized fridge/freezer. I'd open to negotiations on the price, but I cannot finance it.
There is one window frame and sill that needs replacing (rotting out) and some moisture issues where the roofline changes. The front bump-out where the bathroom sink is also has some rot and needs work. But it's sound for relocation, if you decide to move it.
