For your reference, here are our expenses detailing what's included:

Our discount rate for a 20’ tiny house design trailer with two 7,000lb axles (14,000lb GVW) = $6600 CAD, plus $200 per under-mount scissor jack (4 total = $800) = $7400 + 12% tax = $8288 CAD

Plus enviro/doc fee from our supplier ($205) = $8493

Our materials and labour for installing the decking:
5 sheets of ¾ t & g ply = $250
1.5 gallons marine sealant = $135
3 large tubes PL Premium = $36
2 boxes of self-tapping screws = $44
2 guys at 4 hours = $300
