Cozy Cottage

This is a lovely little farmhouse style home with a hint of industrial style too. She has 2 lofts, one I use for storage and the other as my bedroom, a farm sink and custom bathroom vanity. I installed a mini split and purchased a 10cf refrigerator and whitewashed the interior when I got it. I also installed blinds at each window and shelving in the kitchen, bathroom and clothes hanging racks in the laundry area. I also changed out most the light fixtures. There is storage in 4 out of the five steps up to the loft. The sales price includes the sofa sleeper and appliances. The crates at the edge of the sleeping loft are not permanent -they’re just there for decoration. The home was recently skirted.
