The lofted queen-sized bed can be reached via handcrafted stairs that combine steps with storage—built perfectly around an included microwave. There’s room to sit up and have breakfast in bed, plus the TV is designed to pull down into the living room for family viewing, or spin around to watch from bed.

A full-sized comfortable couch faces the full-glass door so you can take in the nature of wherever you park. Additional seating can be arranged with strategic hammock and hammock chair mounts, plus extra stools that tuck away in a closet.

The kitchen includes a mini refrigerator with freezer, full propane oven and stovetop, plus a tabletop grill and toaster. Flip up the murphy table and you’ve got seating for four. The OllyGolly will come fully loaded with dishes, plates, cookware, etc.—truly move-in ready.

The finishings are high-class rustic, with barn wood ceiling, enhanced with copper nail heads. All art and décor are included. The exterior is climate-resistant cedar with corrugated metal accent, and a metal roof to withstand weather and nature.

Takagi On-demand propane water heater stays functional all winter long. The KlimAire high-efficiency 21 seer mini split functions on its own, with nice cool A/C thru the summer and until 12 degrees F in the winter, then can be supplemented with a space heater to keep comfortable in the deepest Wisconsin winter. Spray foam insulation in the walls and ceiling with wood framing keep the tiny house well insulated, while a moisture-detecting automatic humidity fan prevents the mold and mustiness that can affect some tiny houses. It is equipped with a 3-prong RV plug to facilitate hookup at established RV parks. Comes with two 30 lb propane tanks. No expense was spared to make this tiny house as livable as possible.
