Back on the market, the previous buyer was unable to secure parking for tiny house.

Tiny house for sale, 24 ft long and 9 ft wide, includes sleeping loft and storage loft, large kitchen, bathroom with composting toilet and fiberglass shower, internal water tank (26 gallons), 6 gallon tank water heater, desk, 4 AGM batteries (125 amp hr each), four solar panels (100 watts each), generator, etc. Heat is with a Grizzly Cubic Mini Wood Stove and a RV Propane Furnace. I heat mostly with wood but use furnace when away from house to keep water tank from freezing. This is everything needed to living off-grid or on-grid. This house is built for the cold.

Tiny house is constructed on a commercial tiny house trailer of wood with metal roof. Exterior is tongue and groove cedar. Insulation is 3" polystyrene blue board in the walls and 5" in the floor and ceiling. Interior is pine tongue and groove with hardwood floors. Includes a sleeping loft and a front storage loft, large kitchen, fiberglass shower with water heater and water pump, internal 25 gallon water tank and RV propane heater.

House is build for off-grid living but also can be hooked up to electric. Four 100 watt solar panels, 2000w pure sine wave inverter, batteries, gas generator, two 100 lb propane bottles and much more are included with the purchase.
