Mom's House

This is a stationary weather king shed turned into a tiny house.
The custom ramp and stairs are included
It is three years old, has laminate flooring custom counter tops in the kitchen with plenty of shelving, has open beams in kitchen it comes with a minisplit and a propane mr heater and tank. Also has a 15 gal electric hot water tank.
The bedroom has a built in twin bed with storage and shelving also has a small closet with a two drawer's there is a celing fan in the bedroom.
Bathroom has a custom walkin shower, with shower bars for added safety
Living area comes with a tv and is wired for surround a sound (no speakers) has a ceiling fan in living room.
There are two loft's with 3' ceiling's at the peak, both have custon hexagon windows with screens.
There is a small pourch that will hold two chairs and a small table, for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning.
The entire shed is set up off the ground and blocks are included.
Shower and kitchen sink are set up for gray water, the remainder of the hook up is the same as a travel trailer hook up for elec ,50amps
