Modern Tiny House w/ Loft, Kitchenette, Full Bath

We have exclusively been building Tiny Homes since 2015, with a focus on modern and sustainable building and design techniques. We create high grade, one-of-a-kind Tiny Homes. Each Tiny House is crafted from top quality materials, with enough customizations and upgrades to perfectly tailor this designer home to your exact custom specifications.

All designs include as standard a bathroom exhaust fan, shower, toilet, sink, exterior on demand water heater, and all interior connections. This model includes a Loft, a Kitchenette, and a Full Bathroom.

Each of our Tiny Houses is built in a unique pre-fabrication panel system and shipped flat to be assembled on-site by our team upon delivery. Alternatively, the Tiny Home can be built fully-assembled on a 16ft trailer or wheel base and transported at the buyer's expense. We do also offer the flat pack kit for self-assembly.

Delivery is included in the list price within 1000 miles of our assembly warehouse. Delivery is available to any location in the contiguous United States beyond that radius at an additional cost. The list price includes Delivery (up to 1000 miles) & Installation, Plumbing, and Electrical. The cost of Permitting, Blue Prints, and Mainline Hookups are not included. However, we can coordinate with your local contractor to streamline those processes.
