About

!!!ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

So due to the crazy response and over 100 messages, I've decided to remove the listing. My being in a different state as the bus is making the selling process too difficult for all of us.

HOWEVER, for the next couple days, I will be accepting offers for the bus, sight unseen! Message me with your cash offer and the winner gets the bus. I'll be pulling the ad on Thursday, June 4th at 12pm CST. If no bid is accepted, I'll be auctioning the bus off on eBay. If the eBay auction doesn't meet the reserve, I will go down to Texas and make some repairs and sell it for a MUCH HIGHER PRICE! So this is your last chance! I added some more photos and found a (very) short video of the bus ( https://imgur.com/gallery/V36HcHT ) and will try and add more today and tomorrow.

The bus runs and Drives! The engine is in excellent condition, but the power steering needs a new hose and the fluids need filling, so make sure you take care of that before driving too far (100 miles or so)

FAQ (PLEASE READ!):

- I live in Illinois but the bus is in outside of Comfort, TX.

- This is priced low and priced to sell. Due to COVID I cannot do any maintenance, repairs, remodeling, video walk throughs, or special requests.

- The couch does not fold out, but its basically an extra long twin that my 6'6" self fits on comfortably.

- The cost to get it absolutely perfect and finished is between $1,000 - $3,000. I would STRONGLY advise getting a tune up/fluids filled before any road trips over 2 hours!

- It has a clean Title, but it may take a minute to get it to you, since I'll have to mail it. Upon purchase, you will receive a digital copy of a temp title, a bill of sale, and a sworn statement assuring you that the title will be mailed to you. I know it's a bit of a headache, but that's why it's so cheap!

—-Full Details on known issues below—-

Since I moved to Illinois and my friend whose property the bus is on will be conducting the sale, I won't be able to make further repairs/progress in the remodel. Issues include:

- The power steering hose needs to be replaced. Not an expensive nor difficult thing to repair. Still driveable, just a chore to steer under 5mph

- Bathroom and bedroom ceiling were being remodeled. I was installing another ceiling vent fan above the bed and rebuilding the shower and redoing the bathroom ceiling.

- Water inlet needs to be replaced. Part is included, just needs a couple screws!

- A few kitchen tiles need to be reapplied.

- There is a 40 gallon grey water tank installed under the bus that is yet to be plumbed into, since using a reservoir under the sink was more effective while traveling. This is a simple PVC addition and a hole that needs to be made!

- I currently use a window AC unit in the kitchen window, but was preparing to install it under the fridge, allowing it to be hidden away. Easy remodel!

- I had an iMac mounted above the desk that I've taken with me, so there's a mount exposed on that back wall.
