Modern Farmhouse, Tried and True Traveling Tiny Home

We’ve lived and traveled in this tiny home for the past two years but our lives are taking us in a different direction :)

We won’t be ready to move out until early August, so that’s when we are planning on selling. We are planning an open house for the near future and will announce details on here ASAP.

Our little home sits on a 24’ triple axel utility trailer, and is road-legal with a width of 8’6. Each axel is rated at 7000 lbs. We are equipped with a bumper pull hitch and have been towed over 5000 miles with no issues.

We purchased our shell from a reputable seller in PA. The framing of our home is made of 2x4s, plywood sheathing, Tyvek housewrap, and PAW roofing underlayment. We are very comfortably insulated with R-15 Roxul ComfortBatt in the walls, ceiling, and floor.

We heat and cool using a ClimateRight mini split. It works great in all climates. Our propane tankless water heater gives us super hot water in seconds. We have RV-style inlets for water and electric on the driver's side of our home. We can be hooked up to 20, 30, or 50amp service.

Our eleven vinyl windows bring in tons of natural light. We lovingly framed each one on the interior to give it that farmhouse charm. The interior walls are finished with custom cut, sanded & painted shiplap. Our floors are a gorgeous & easy to maintain vinyl (though everyone thinks they're real wood!)

The exterior is finished with vinyl & cedar, with durable Azek PVC moulding. Our roof is constructed of a highly weather and wind-resistant material by Ondura.

The interior was designed with comfort in mind, and will be sold furnished. Features include:

Our cozy sleeping loft also includes extra cubbies for clothing storage in the half-wall. The loft is tall enough to easily sit up in bed.
