The roof has a 26ga 40yr warranty Standing seam roof. With titanium underlayment.
The walls are all 40yr warranty 26ga B&B metal siding. With house wrap vapor barrier.
Rough sawn cedar trim around all windows and doors.
All rough sawn interior trim.
2-3x5 Windows, 2-2x3 windows, 1-3x4 window, 2-1x5 picture windows, and 1-1x3 picture window.
Fully finished out on the inside, ready for your appliances!
Will need to have some kind of foundation under it, whether it’s strip footings or block foundation. We can help arrange that as well. (Local Only)
