Modern Farmhouse THOW

For sale is our professionally built luxurious modern farmhouse style tiny home on wheels. Even though it is a tiny home at just under 300 sq feet, it feels rather spacious with its 13 foot high ceilings and approximately 34 foot length by 8 1/2 feet wide.

It also just happened to be built by Tiny Heirloom and featured on their show Tiny Luxury. Also known as the Southern Charm, it ran in season one, episode 11. You can still watch that episode today and see it featured on their website with the other custom homes they’ve built.
There are so many special touches in this tiny and even have all the amenities of a full sized house a with walk-in closet, claw foot bathtub, Smeg refrigerator, microwave and fully functioning all-in-one washer/dryer and gas stovetop and oven. There is even built in surround sound and 2 “Nest” smoke alarms.
All lighting is LED, the walls, ceiling and underneath the floor are spray foam insulation, the on demand hot water heater works great and the high quality vinyl windows make this a very energy efficient home. You will also receive a newly purchased, new in box, high efficiency ductless mini-split.
Beautiful tongue and groove pine covers the walls and ceiling. The white farmhouse sink and brushed stainless faucet with white shaker cabinets looks so sophisticated next to the black granite countertops.
The built-in banquette eating area with custom cushions features a tabletop that lowers making the area the size of a queen sized bed perfect for lounging!

We have loved living in our tiny full-time for over 2 years and have lovingly taken great care of it. Our family has decided though that it’s time to go a little bigger and want her next adventure to be with someone who will take as much pride in her as we have.
