Modern custom design Tiny House/Studio

This 12 by 20 studio\tinyhouse is finished out with tongue and groove cedar interior and exterior, standing seam metal, electrical and spray foam insulation. I’m not selling this exact unit because it was a custom build for a customer and they didn’t want any windows since they are using it for a sauna.
If you’re interested in a building like this let me know and we can come up with a design and price that will best fit your needs. It can be hauled easily with a barn hauling trailer which I have access to and can arrange for delivery.
