This 24' x 8.5' x 13.5’ tiny house is newly finished and ready to be taken home to its perfect location. I have been living in this house I designed and built alongside Longbranch Tiny Homes since March. This house is built on a brand new 2017 custom Tumbleweed tiny house trailer bed with 2 - 7,000 lb axels and electric trailer brakes.
It is registered through the DMV.

Our house is built with a lumber-framed construction with vertical shiplap pine exterior siding and a whitewashed style stain. The roofing is custom standing seam metal and includes two Velux skylights which open in each loft for extra light, ventilation, or star-gazing at night.
The interior siding is horizontal shiplap pine that has been painted a beautiful warm and bright Navajo white.

The centerpiece of the living space is a Salamander DEFRA approved Hobbit SE woodstove. Although it’s small in size, there’s nothing small about the amount of heat it gives out. It burns efficiently, leaves very little ash to empty, and the size of its window gives a lovely view of the fire!
Interior and exterior Roxul insulation keeps the heat in, and a propane wall mounted Rinnai heater keeps the house cozy through the long winter nights and while you are away during the day.

The living room couch/bench sits alongside a large Energy Star rated picture window, offers lots of hideaway storage and sleeps one guest or is perfect for the afternoon nap dozing off while watching the birds. It's also perfect for dinner party guests seating up to 3 at a rollaway dining table.
The guest loft fits a full-sized bed, and the master loft holds a queen bed with plenty of room to spare!

Kitchen has an apartment size refrigerator and propane stove/oven for full-time cooking capabilities. Large two bay deep stainless steel sink with sleek and elegantly functional modern faucet alongside beautiful naturally sealed maple butcher block makes cooking in this kitchen a dream.
