About this tiny home:

The kitchen is designed with cooking lovers in mind, with much more storage and cooking space than most tiny homes, and includes custom butcher block counter tops and brand new stainless steel appliances. The whole home is floored with beautiful vinyl plank flooring, offering water protection. There is plenty of storage space in the full-sized closet, the shelving in the bathroom, under the stairs, under the couch, and in the kitchen. Couch is included with purchase. There is space for a small home office in the living space. The home includes in-wall 4K HDMI wiring so that you can wall mount your TV without cluttering up visible space with cords or digital media devices. There is even an insulated extreme weather pet door on the front door, should you decide to have your furry friends join you on your tiny home adventure.

This tiny house on wheels is built to road legal specifications (8.5’ wide, 13’7” tall) and includes the trailer. The included appliances (all brand new) are a Samsung 5 burner gas range, a microwave, a 10 cu.ft. refrigerator/freezer, a 12,000 btu mini split AC/Heating system, and a washer/dryer combo. There is also a top-of-the-line Separett composting toilet included, so there is no need for sewer hookups or a black water holding tank. All you need are a hose for water, a 30 amp circuit to plug into (standard RV plug), and a small propane tank for the range, and you're all set!

A: We completed construction in January 2019.

Q: Has it ever been lived in?
A: No.

Q: Do you offer financing or a rent-to-own option?
A: For financing, we recommend that you look into LightStream, a reputable online lender that offers tiny house loans, or talk to your bank and local credit unions about Personal Loan options. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer financing or a rent-to-own option.

Q: How heavy is it?
A: Rough Estimate: 17,000 lbs.

Q: What do you tow it with?
A: A 1 ton dually pickup (possibly 3/4 ton if you're just moving it within the immediate Fresno/Clovis area). We hired professionals to move it in the past, and we can provide their info to you.

Q: Can I live in it on the property where it is now?
A: No. The buyer must move the tiny house upon purchase.

Q: Is it RVIA Certified?
A: No.

Q: Does all of the stuff in the pictures come with it?
A: All of the appliances are included, as well as the couch. The rest is not included.
