Some common questions answered are:
----We use a third party Financing company lightstream 20% down 4-8% with good credit. Some credit unions will also lend to our units since we are in NADA guides and are RVIA certified.
----These are registered as Travel Trailers. If you would like to know if you can place it at your property, contact your local county planning department for rules and regulations on RVs. Just note there is some exceptions for aesthetically designed "tiny home" RVs, with some counties (which is what we manufacturer). One example is San Luis Obispo which now allows tiny house RVs to be used as ADUs as long as they fit the designed critieria. If its an RV park or Tiny House Village your chances of parking are very good since these units are RVIA certified and we are California State Licensed RV manufacturers.
----These units do not have holding tanks and are not fully self contained (No holding tanks). You would need to hook up to a septic system. All utilitie hooks ups are exactly like your "standard" RV's, including : Water, grey water & black water. ie sewer, with twist lock connections. We can switch out your standard flush toilet for a composting toilet with an addition fee. Most common composting toilet is Natures Head.
----Setup can take a mere 10 min if your location is set up already for a RV. Ideal is Cement but a simple grassy spot in a corner of your yard will do fine. Power in this unit and a majority of our other units is 50 AMPS plug & play twist lock connections. Every unit comes with a power cord. This unit comes with a 36' 50 AMP twist lock RV cord. It is possible to us an adapter to reduce amperage plug.
