I’m hooked up to 50 amp electrical, water, septic, and have Comcast high speed internet, garbage and recycling (additional storage space is available in one of the buildings on the property if you clear it with the landlord). Water and septic is included in my rent ($300/mo) plus I pay for electricity, garbage, and internet. I’m on a 10 acre plot with no other houses and about 3 blocks from one of the main streets with all the shopping and restaurants you could desire. (Approx 45 miles to the Chicago loop with train stations nearby, a 45 minute drive to O’hare airport and 50 minutes to Midway)
