Going forward we'll be offering cabins in 24', 32', 40' and 48' lengths so while this cabin has been a great model for folks to tour, we've decided we need to sell it ASAP to make room for more cabins that feature the new dimensions. Here’s the basic overview: 
14’ wide x 28’ long real log cabin with 7” Doug fir logs. 

Fully finished cabin with plumbing, electrical, a kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, an on-demand water heater, and a wood-burning stove. Baseboard heating or a mini split AC/heater can be added for an additional cost. 

The cabin includes a variety of upgraded features including waterproof LVP, “Galway green” kitchen cabinets with high-quality hardware and soft-close feature, a 10 cubic ft. fridge, white beadboard wall paneling, and rustic-modern/farmhouse style light fixtures. Two solar tubes have been installed to let in more natural light. The cabin has a 26g metal roof with a 100 lb snow load. 

The cabin is built on skids making it easy to transport to your property and providing you with the flexibility to add the cabin to a permanent foundation or to keep it on skids if you might move it or sell it later on. 

This is a true log cabin built with 7” Doug fir logs, not a shed with log cabin-style siding. Log homes are considered to be an extremely energy-efficient building material due to the thousands of tiny air pockets that are trapped in every cubic inch of the cellular structure. These air pockets slow the transfer of heat through the log, helping keep your log home warm in the winter and cool in the summer. All windows are double-pane and the roof and floors are also insulated. 

The cabin is designed to blend in and compliment the natural landscapes of the Rocky Mountains, and it comes stained and chinked on the interior and exterior to ensure long-term durability and to give it an instant rustic old-world authentic cabin appearance. The exterior of the cabin will be re-oiled prior to delivery. The interior features a “no maintenance stain” that’s nontoxic, environmentally friendly, and made from plants and minerals. 

The cabin is currently set-up to be plugged into a 50 amp RV receptacle. If you need an off-grid set-up, we have a solar contractor who can convert the system for solar ($4,500 estimate), and we could replace the flush toilet with a composting toilet if needed. Plumbing and electric for the addition of a washer and dryer are already roughed in.
