Off-Grid Tiny House Boat for Sale

Just built this amazing tiny house boat in May. Unfortunately, I need to sell it because of relocation inland for work. It has a 2017 fuel-injected Suzuki 20hp outboard motor that moves the boat along at about 6 knots. It is extremely fuel efficient with a 65 gallon fuel capacity, giving it a range to cruise on the water for months without refueling.

For power, it has a 300 watt solar system with two 100 amp hour closed cell batteries and a deep cycle marine battery for starting the engine, which provides an almost unlimited amount of power on demand. We have lived aboard for 2 months and have had no problem running fans, computers, stereo, and charging phones and power tools.

The system has a 1500 watt inverter and charge controller, all brand new. The boat has 3 fans and multi-color LED lights inside. We ran the fans for 30 days straight and it was just as good as AC through July. The entire electrical 12 volt system was rewired with a new fuse panel, touch screen color Garmin chart plotter, depth finder, compass, and shore power battery charger, all new in May. The interior cushions were reupholstered as well. It is very roomy for a 21ft boat.

It can sleep 3 in separate beds, or the couch in the upper cabin folds out to a cozy double bed with a memory foam topper, making room to sleep 4.
