Purchased new in November 2024. Lightly used, still in like new condition. Looking to make a switch and would like to find someone to love this unit just as much as I have! All utilities work well - includes everything seen in the pictures utility wise (Washer/dryer unit, fridge, oven, microwave, etc.) All furniture was just for staging when it was originally listed by Mint - they will not be included. I am the original purchaser from them, and that listing is the one I found when I purchased. Please note that the toilet is a residential toilet, but a blackwater tank can be hooked up if required as the external septic connections are standard RV hookups. Hot water is on demand propane forced and works really well. This unit has proven to be extremely energy and propane efficient. I live in it full time currently and only use one 5gallon propane tank once every 1.5-2 weeks.
