Off-grid ready, Light-weight, micro camping trailer on wheels, currently located in Charlotte, North Carolina. With a few fixes, it will be ready to park on your land for an extra living space or to rent out for additional monthly income.

Micro is 8 feet long, 5 feet wide and 9 feet tall, weighing just under 900 pounds. Easy to tow with just about any vehicle (1 7/8" trailer ball size). Plumbing has off-grid water solution, but can be converted to cpvc to hook up in your back yard. Home is staged and comes furnished with the items seen, currently stored inside the home for transport purposes. Power source would be a portable power station (something like a solar generator or jackery would power the items in the home) .

Shower ready to use and small bin used as composite toilet . Twin size sleeper with 19” tv and 1 single burner for modern living . 2 small windows for a nice cross breeze. This space also features a small space heater that gets the place pretty hot during the cold months . A microwave and refrigerator, lights, a small fan is included.

Here are the suggested, cost effective fixes it can use-
-New Galvinized Steel Roof panels, which start at $19.98 for an 8 foot panel at Home Depot.
- Door needs to be recut to ensure that the top right corner locks fully.
-Some nails to fortify a couple exterior boards and panels.
- Some larger wheels on the trailer if you plan to travel long distances.
