The Henderson

Henderson model is a 330 square foot home on a 30' trailer with 2' engineered extensions on the front and back giving it an overall length of 34'. This home boasts a main floor master with a loft as a second bedroom. The home also features a full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washer dryer combo. The kitchen has custom cabinets to fit perfectly in the space as well as dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, oven, and a gas range along with beautiful white quartz countertops. 

The home features a living space with repurposed antique sit-in table, couch, and tv.  The Henderson's main floor master has a queen size bed with storage for clothing on the sides and load of additional storage under the bed.  Reclaimed barn wood floors run the length of the home.  The front door, as well as a second entrance off the master bedroom, lead you to an amazing front porch.  The porch hinges and folds up safely to the side when the home is being moved.   No expense was spared!
