Meet the Monarch! Sleep well in either wing

Meet one of the most ingeniously-designed, one-of-a-kind tiny houses ever, The Monarch. This airy, flexible-space tiny house makes a great place for guests, working remotely, and making music! We did all three. We've had a family of four sleep comfortably in the 2 lofts (one queen bed, 2 twins: all included). You can cook and eat a full meal in the kitchen (all appliances included) or enjoy a full movie in the living room (Samsung Frame TV included)! This tiny house includes a moving wall that makes your living room and office flexible spaces, an innovative roof design that funnels water to your planter, and a royal throne: an incinerator toilet (top 'o the line, Cinderella Gas Incineration Toilet so no composting mess or septic). It was built in 2020 by an amazing engineer named Eric Impola of Grove Street Workshop. You can see him giving a full tour of his creation in the YouTube video below!

This tiny house needs to be sold ASAP and moved before the end of May, so don't delay! We are sad to part with our beloved music-studio/office tiny guesthouse, but we will using the profits to fund our own music career, so only serious buyers please!

The Monarch is a 30’ tiny house that gets its name from its “butterfly” roof design and similar exterior color scheme to a Monarch butterfly. It is built on a 30’x8.5’ triple axle Iron Eagle trailer. Interior features include a downstairs office/entertainment area, a large sleeping loft in the back (accessible by stairs), a smaller sleeping loft in the front (above the office area, accessible with ladder), a Mini-Split system (Air Conditioning/Heating) and kitchen and bathroom. Exterior features include standing seam metal and stained cedar siding, standing seam metal roof, black windows, a custom gutter and downspout and exterior lights.
