This is a 8'x 24' tiny house on wheels with three distinct living areas: Kitchen, bathroom, and multi-purpose room (living/bedroom/dining/office).

The materials used to build this home are high quality and make living tiny comfortable.  The multi-purpose room is wide open and ready to customize or simply add convertible furniture.

FEATURES:

Full size refrigerator in the kitchen, stone countertops, four burner gas stove and oven, solid wood (maple) cabinets in kitchen, RV washer/dryer combo, full size bath with tub, tile floors in the bathroom, 8Amp cadet wall heater, upgraded light fixtures, upgraded sink fixtures, wood laminate flooring, custom bathroom light-weight vinyl wall tile (imported from Italy), and large windows throughout.

Tankless propane water heater, minimal current needed (30A powers everything), and plumbed for septic use (we currently use a composting toilet).

Grey metal roof, wood and metal siding, custom cedar/aluminum tongue cover planter box.

The trailer is street legal for towing and it was built, decked, and insulated by trailermade trailers in Colorado, U.S.
