We bought this four window school bus and gutted and converted it ourselves. The dimensions listed are for the interior; exterior is roughly 22 ft long, 8 ft wide, and 9.5 ft tall (fits inside most parking spots). Diesel.
Off grid ready with 2 100 watt solar panels, charge controller, and 100 ah battery. 1000 watt inverter runs the water pump. 30 gal fresh water tank, 16 gal gray water tank. Composting toilet, shower space, top loading fridge, MaxxAir fan, interior and exterior lighting, rear view camera, USB ports, filtered water faucet, propane stove.
Double bed folds up into a couch, revealing the dinette. Comfortably sits 3 with swiveling table. Laundry shoot under table, leading to electrical area, accessible through the back door.
Some cons: No functional AC apart from ceiling fan. Original unit was recalled and later patched together to the point that it would now require a complete replacement. Being in the Midwest, we were able to deal with it with only mild discomfort.
One tire has low tread, but passed inspection. Small oil leak from oil pan cap. Haven’t used heavy duty electronics on power system (ie computers, kitchen appliances), so not sure how much it would be able to handle.
Willing to negotiate, open to tours, delivery and/or meet up may be available within reason.
