Built in 2019, this approx. 24’x 8.5’ x 13’ (300 sf) tiny home has been upgraded to perform in cold climates. Features a first floor bedroom, sleeping loft, storage loft, very functional kitchen and bathroom. Sliding barn doors add character to the space while the high ceilings and light interior surprise you with a sense of space upon entry through the sliding glass door off the porch/ stairs. Lots of room to personalize this home to fit your tastes and needs. You will need to move the house yourself or hire a driver to tow it to your location.

• New Rheem tankless propane water heater is arctic rated with freeze protection.
• New Pex plumbing. The majority of the plumbing has been run inside the house to protect from freezing.

It has been a great adventure and education to make this home work in a challenging climate. We have been comfortable and happy living in our little hone for over a year and a half. It feels cozy but open and really has everything you need. Perfect for a single person or couple, it could also work for a small family with younger children. Would also make a great getaway for your vacation property. This home is not RVIA certified. Owner will not carry the loan or accept trades. Cash or cashier’s check and proof of funds required. Does not come with property so you will need to find a place to set it up.
