Hello, I am selling a 8' x 12' tiny house with beautiful french glass sliding door, window, and gable roof for $3000 OBO. The shell is complete and I left the siding and interior bare so that the buyer will be able to customize their own personal tiny house.

If you would like, I can also fully design the tiny house to your personal cosmetic desires. After purchase, I can personally coordinate possible design options with you and you will be able to pick out the siding, interior and any other options you choose and I will install them to give you your own personal custom tiny house. Buyer will be responsible for additional material and labor costs.

Buyers will be responsible for moving the tiny house. (When put onto a trailer, the tiny house will be legal to tow on any road in the US. Additionally, there are many building moving companies around Wisconsin especially for small lightweight tiny houses)
