Great Big Door Tiny (24' On/Off Grid Flexible) 2019 model

The vision of Big Door Tinys on the Emerick is realized in a 24' frame with 8' full lite entry door mid-home. The full size uncompromising kitchen is designed for everyday living and flexible for entertaining with a large double hung window for use as a pass through to a deck in it's future home.

The Great Room continues the flexibility of the tiny with a custom pine staircase with stow-able flat screen entertainment center and plenty of storage under the convertible couch. The couch provides for comfortable seating and sleeping on the lower level of the tiny.

A paneled barn door leads to a fully equipped large bathroom, laundry, and closet with an elegant tiled shower including sliding glass door and vessel sink with a waterfall fixture. The tiny is plumbed for a standard toilet or composting toilet with separate black and grey water drains and built in capacity for 70 gallon grey/black and fresh water tanks nested in the trailer for either on or off grid use.

The loft is accessed using a custom designed and handcrafted furniture staircase. Upstairs features a roomy space for comfortably placing a queen bed with night stands or a king bed with a single night stand. The ceiling height makes and design makes the loft feel private but quite roomy. and open to the rest of the home.

A live-edge folding table provides for comfortable eating for 2 or a nice desk for an office. Flexibility and fine finishes are the key features of this tiny house.
