50’ power cord (RV 50 amp), 100’ heated water hose, 20 gallon reserve water tank, propane instant water heater, smaller storage loft, real edge wood counter. It's built directly onto a trailer made trailer. Tires and trailer lights are all in good shape and functional when moved a year ago.

We’ve lived in it for almost a year and it has been AMAZING in all seasons! Lots of shelves for storage.
Currently near Colorado Springs, CO. This tiny would need to be moved to whatever beautiful place you have planned! Land not included.
