The majority of the residents of Acony Bell’s Phase I community are permanent.
This lovely 14 foot wide by 28.5 long park model boasts a spacious main living area as well as a main floor bedroom area AND an additional loft area. The bedroom can house a full or queen size bed and has two spacious closets plus an overhead cabinets. The loft- a bright and cheery space- is accessible by stairs (no ladder here!) which house four large storage drawers and can easily be utilized as an additional bedroom, studio or storage area.

This house is currently located in a tiny house community on a leased, and thoughtfully landscaped lot with perennials and flowering shrubs as well as a raised 8 foot x4 foot bed for your own veggie bed. It is often frequented by the area’s famous white squirrels, a multitude of songbirds, and even an occasional wild turkey!
Included in this offering is a (detached) spacious 8 X 10 foot storage shed.
Should you prefer a larger garden area you can always choose to take advantage of the Community Garden in order to expand your gardening opportunities or you may choose to share your expertise or questions with neighbors at the communities’ Club House.
