It has fridge and laundry washing machine connected to electricity. Also is equipped with AC unit that provides both warm and cold air conditioning. I installed a wood/pellets stove for harsh winter conditions. It is wired with cable for aerial antenna and satellite dish. The tiny home is certified as RV and registered in Texas as travel trailer. Comes with towing hitch, electrical wiring for signaling lights and electric brakes.
