Lovely 24' Tiny House on Wheels- Custom Built in 2020

This is a darling 156 sq ft tiny home on wheels built in 2020 and able to be pulled by a 3/4 ton truck. Think of the home as a 24'x8' blank slate for you to create your mobile dream space.

It is already well equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, sink, washer, spin dryer, hot water heater, and a like-new Pioneer mini-split AC heater that keeps you cool in the summer and toasty in the winter. For cooking, a plug-in stove, toaster oven, etc. could be added to the kitchen.

The home is very well insulated with 6" floors and spray foam insulation for high-efficiency, so your AC won't have to work too hard. The house features custom built hardwood cabinets and vanity, as well as energy efficient windows, while the roof and siding are made of UV resistant steel for low maintenance. There are built-in water lines for a full-size toilet or can be used as-is by adding a composting toilet.

The living room doubles as a bedroom with a futon and while the current owner chose to take down the loft, you could easily add on a new one for added space. Think maybe another bedroom or hangout spot? It's up to you!

This home was purchased last year for $27,500, but has recently been reduced in price due to some plumbing work that is required before plumbing can be used. The home was hooked up to water in an RV park with too high of pressure. While the exact components that need repair are unclear and need to be inspected by a handyman/plumber, the home builder states that the issue is an easy fix. This home was only lived in for 5 months and is being sold because the owner (regrettably) doesn't use it enough.
