This custom tiny house built in 2022 in Durango, CO and La Plata County permitted and inspected is constructed from a wood stick frame (2x4 walls, 2x6 ceiling) with spray foam insulation in the walls and ceiling. Trailer chassis is insulated with 6” XPS rigid foam. RMTH installed Ply Gem vinyl windows, 29ga metal roof, a mix of cedar T&G siding+board and batt siding, and a drywall interior.

The tiny is set in a beautiful valley at Hermosa Orchards Village with the option to remain in the community if you qualify for lot rent or move elsewhere. If you want to keep it on the lot the 7x7 shed is included. This cozy home has been a sanctuary at the foothills of the San Juan National Forest with skiing just up the road at Purgatory Resort and Durango Hot Springs close by for apres ski. Truly a perfect spot! I am selling because my living situation is changing so I am in need of more space.
