Los Angeles Tinyhouse on wheels :)

Tinyhouse just got ready and I am open for offers. Got with the intention of being outside the city for a while but i got a really good job and I can't get to live in it and go to work everyday. Sadly I have someone living there which make me good cash but I cant get to enjoy her.

It got finished a few months ago and everything is new. AC, water heater, amazing and simple plumbing. You can connect w the grid of live off grid. Im completely in love w the energy and details that make our routine so cozy and simple. It as a good space for one person.

Good isolation, if you close the windows you cant hear anything from the outside, barely use AC or heater bc it isolates very well.

Its parked at this space in Sylmar, its currently rented for a friend
