This house features an exterior of treated T-111 siding with interior walls of ship lap pine and battened drywall ceiling. It is fully plumbed, wired, insulated and has an on demand hot water heater. There are 5 windows: 4 refurbished wooden windows and an arched Pella window in the front. The bathroom is at the end of the space and includes a roomy shower, sink with a microlam countertop and barn board vanity. There is a custom made composting toilet. The sleeping loft is over the bathroom area accessed by a loft ladder built to owners specs. Price includes transport up to 25 miles, additional charges apply beyond.
A kitchen sink, counter and eating area; with a small fridge, double hot plate and toaster oven. Or, some other configuration that you might choose.

The price includes the following to be added:

Loft stairs built to accommodate the fridge and add storage or, again, around your needs.

Flooring of pre-finished honey pine or your choice at an appropriate added cost.
