Living Large Tiny Style

Please feel free to share...... 8.5x16.5x12.5 ft tiny house. We are 'asking' $25000 cash with the 2002 Chevy cargo Express 2500 van (126k miles- runs great) and looking for offers. (NOTE: WE WILL SELL TINY HOUSE WITH OUT THE VAN... BUT NOT THE VAN WITHOUT THE TINY HOUSE!!!) It has a queen bed (pillowtop), closet and around the bed storage, a full bed-sofa, bathroom, kitchen, with under kitchen large rolling pull out storage bins, ceiling fans, 1-100w solar panel and 100ah battery, 12v led lighting, propane on demand water and 2 burner stove, 9.9cuft refrig. Washer, composting toilet that has fan dry on it, inverter for 120v plugs, will connect to 30amp service, connects to a water hose or 3/4 inch hose end. The roof is permaseal covered -- if a nail goes through it .. it re-seals... then it is covered in roll metal. There is a heavy duty carry rack on the back to carry more stuff and all utilities are in storage area in the front. Colors turn you off? It can be painted. PM me for other info. Ps I have video too
