Live-in ready tiny house/ADU on wheels

This house on wheels comes ready to function as a small home. It simply needs to be plugged into an outlet for the electrical to operate, a hose for water intake, and a place for grey water to drain. The water heater, stove, oven, and heater run on propane, which are all connected to an outdoor hookup for a propane tank. It currently has a self-constructed compost toilet.

The nitty gritty:
This structure has not been crafted to be mobile full-time. The weight and trailer load limit have not been verified. Self-built with the help of multiple professional close/family friends. I have loved living in it for the past 3 years.
Buyer would be responsible for transportation from current location, which is up a steep driveway on a property near the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA. Owner of property it is currently at is not open to renting to someone new. Professional transportation is recommended. Trailer is not registered.
Buyer would assume all liability upon payment. Only accepted form of payment is cashiers check, ordered in front of seller at bank.
