When you work with our ministry on buying a Tiny Home, you will not only be buying a cool house... You will also be helping someone in need in your community!  All the profits from building and selling these little homes will go to finance our "Rescue Ranch" project. This is a working ranch being built in Hartsel, CO

We currently offer 5 different sizes. Choose from 12, 16, 20, 24 & 28 ft. All tiny homes are 100% hand made to order. Every floor plan can be customized, but we have suggested a really good layout.

Our tiny homes are 100% move-in ready and equipped with all standard amenities listed in the base price.

Is this still available?
Yes! We build each home to order. Together, we will consult your tiny home dreams. Then, we build your new home less than 30 days. We have over 50 donations being built, so any home you order today will be ready for delivery in July 2021.

Can I visit the building site?
Please feel free to stop by our Thornton, CO location to view our active builds. We are working 6-7 days a week. Book an onsite appointment with Matthew below.

Questions you may be wondering.
All of our tiny homes come built on a plated and registered flatbed trailer. County laws are changing daily, but we assure our homes are cross county compatible.

Standard RV style hookups are provided such as 3/4 in. water inlet and 4 in. PVC grey water outlet. We use industry standard PEX plumbing and standard house wiring and circuit breakers.

The maximum height of our trailers does not exceed the legal road limit of 13'5".

RVIA Certification?
We are in the process of receiving our RVIA certification which could take up to 6 months. We are currently implementing every required building technique to validate our certification. Due to COVID-19, our approval time has been extended to July 2021. Any home built today has all the necessary RVIA requirements to be cross compatible with campgrounds and county laws. However, we are unable to issue badges at this time. To remain RVIA certified, our tiny homes are classified as temporary accommodations for camping and seasonal use.

Financing?
Yes! We offer financing through Hearth Financial. Get access to instant approval.

Holy Ground Real Estate offers in-house financing with 50% down to get on the building calendar. The remaining balance will be paid in consecutive monthly installments. The minimum monthly payment is $500. Your first invoice will be dated 30 days past your initial deposit. 0% Interest rate.

Discount?
Yes! We offer a 5% paid in full discount.
All participation is tax deductible.
We do not charge sales tax.

Delivery?
Yes! We deliver anywhere in the United States & Canada for $1.95 / mile. This includes a one-way trip from Broomfield, CO to your delivery location. You are not charged for the return trip.

Are you ready to move forward?
Congratulations! If signed today, then we will put you on the build calendar for finish a date of mid-July. We have over 55 homes currently scheduled for production.

We will build your home in about 2 -3 weeks and will keep close contact as the build time approaches. During the build of your new tiny home, we can arrange a live video chat or you can always stop by the shop to see the progress.
