Little Treasure - 10' w x 18' l x 13' h

This is a fantastic Tiny House with a really nice layout. The previous owners made a few modifications to the house so that it is off grid ready. The home is built onto a trailer and easily moved. They did not live in the home, so it has only been used by 1 person (myself). I lived in this amazing Little Treasure for 2 years and loved every second of it. My expanding family did not fit into the small space, but I would have stayed forever! This time was spent off-grid and I can help to answer any questions you might have about the home.

It is 200 sq ft. total at 10 ft in width, 18 ft in length, and 13 ft in height. The unit weighs less than 10k lbs, and can be easily pulled with a mid-sized pickup.

It has propane heat, cook top, water heater, and refrigerator (no oven). Little Treasure also has an Electric AC/Heat unit. There is an inverter installed with an external power supply quick connect to use any size expandable battery bank of your choice.

- Norcold AC/Propane refrigerator 2.7 cubic ft with freezer OR option for electric retro-style Galanz refrigerator (propane line will need to be installed to refrigerator for off-grid propane use)
- Laminate counter tops
- Large sink

Bathroom:
- Sink with storage underneath
- Toilet is Nature's Head composting toilet
- Full size and approximately 7' tall shower (surprisingly spacious!)
- Deep shelving for storage

Master Loft:
- Fits Queen size mattress with lots of room to spare
- Entry by enclosed stairs with railing
- 3.5' tall, sloping down to just above 3' at the wall
