Little Lou Tiny House

Little Lou Tiny House is an 8x24 Tiny House on Wheels designed and built under the guidance of a professional contractor in 2015. The house has a large kitchen, with full-size cabinets and appliances, a sleeping loft, storage loft, on demand hot water, propane heat, and a large bathroom with a tub and Nature's Head Composting toilet. The walls are insulated with Roxul (a recycle stone wool insulation) and the ceiling and floor are insulated with rigid foam. We estimate the house weighs about 15,000 lbs but have never taken it through a weigh station.
The tiny house was occupied by the owner/builder for two years before being rented to a couple for a year and a half. The home is ideal for a single person or a couple.

The home does not come with land. It must be picked up at its location in Waitsfield, VT and transported to your site. We are not able to support a rental or rent to own situation.
