About
You’re going to love this cozy, adorable and skillfully built tiny house for a short getaway, road trip or as a second home or guest house where you choose to park it. Weighing only 1,360 pounds it was built light to be able to be towed by most style cars.
The interior and exterior construction is with high-quality, marine grade okoume plywood chosen for its durability, light weight and appearance. The exterior is fiberglass with an added exterior of RV grade, white, fiberglass sheets for added durability, road protection, appearance and ability to keep clean. The front and back are made of of the same marine grade okoume plywood but have an added black, metal, road protection shield installed on the bottom.
You can live off-grid with this tiny house’s rooftop solar panels, Cubic Mini Wood Stove, Yeti Lithium 3000X Portable Power Station, and the water pump system.
The Cubic Mini Wood Stove with fire poker set (valued at $1,600) is cozy, easy to light, has good ventilation and and offers ample heat. I take the seat cushions off on that side when starting a fire.
The tiny house can run off solar power or any standard 120 volt outlet. The Yeti 3000X Portable Power Station is a top-of-the-line battery that is wired in the tiny house to capture energy from the roof top solar panels or from any standard 120 volt outlet.
Even with its simple design, this tiny house has ample storage space under the bed, seat cushions, and drawers under the counters. Front and rear windows and a screen door create air flow and ventilation.
This tiny house was designed to have plenty of space and head room. At 5’10” I can stand with my hands fully extended above my head. Multiple people can sit comfortably on the cushions and at the pull out table under the bed that is good for dining or working.
The water pump system is plumbed under the sink for a clean jug to pump water up and to capture draining grey water.
I used a compost toilet that I stored under the bed. You can also buy a portable toilet.
I’m also including in the sale a long extension cord for plug in, stabilizers for uneven ground, and a small fan/heater.
You’ll love this tiny house. I’ve really enjoyed it and have taken good care of it. I’m not a smoker and no pets have lived in it.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions, want more information, or want to check it out. I also have a video I can send you of a walk-through.
Happy tiny house living!
